Mentoring

Finding a good mentor that can be there to bounce tricky questions off has help us improve our business 10 fold. Getting a mentor can be the difference between a business that just does ok and one that does over and above your expectations. Finding the right mentor for your business and for you can be tricky – you need to ask around to see if you can find someone who will be a good fit for you.

Here at Michon Int. we have been very fortunate to have a number of mentors that have really helped us grow our business in the right direction. Over the last 2 years we have been providing mentoring and coaching to many local small business owners, some through state and federal government initiatives and some privately. This has been a thoroughly rewarding part of our business – watching others as their businesses blossom and grow.

Michon International provides online marketing mentoring to a select few applicants each year. Mentoring is a very time-consuming activity so we only take on a very limited number of mentorees. The mentoring is done in 6 month blocks, via the phone, Skype and in person if you live locally (or just happen to be in town). We recently paid $5000 to a business mentor to help us with a couple of issues (the same mentoring is now $10,000), however we will only be charging $3500.

What will you be getting for your money? Great question! We (Simon and Michelle) have a combined 40+ years experience in programming, online marketing and web design. Plus we have ‘real world’ experience, having sold thousands of digital products around the world since 2002 – and we still do! There isn’t much we don’t know about marketing your business online and reaching your clients in this new market place. You will get an hour of our time each week to discuss your most pressing online business issues.
